What this website collects

Two things, and only these. The enquiry form on this site sends us what you type into it, and nothing else about your visit. We are also adding Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages get read; it tells us how many people came and from where, not who you are. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no newsletter sign-up on this site.

Analytics can be switched off at your end: any browser-level tracking blocker, or a “Do Not Track” setting, stops it, and the site works exactly the same without it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs, including IP addresses, for security and uptime; we do not use those logs for marketing.

When you send us an enquiry

The buttons on this site open our enquiry form, or your phone dialler if you would rather call. The form asks what you need, a rough budget and timeline, your name and email, and anything you want to tell us about the goal; the phone number and links are optional. Submissions are delivered to our inbox through Formspree, a form-handling service that passes the message on and keeps a copy under its own privacy terms.

We keep that enquiry so we can quote the job and pick it up again later. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with anyone who is not working on your project.

If you become a client

To do the work we usually need business contact details, invoicing information, brand assets, and access to accounts such as your website host, domain registrar, Google Ads, Google Business Profile or social pages. We use those only to deliver what is in the written scope.

Access is handed back and our own access removed on request at any time, and as standard at the end of a project. Accounts we set up are created in your name wherever the platform allows it.

Third parties we may use on your behalf

Delivering a campaign means using platforms that hold data under their own terms. Depending on the scope, that can include:

• Google: Ads, Analytics 4, Business Profile, Search Console
• Meta: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business
• TikTok and LinkedIn advertising
• Formspree, for delivering enquiries from the form on this site
• Website hosts, domain registrars and email or newsletter tools

Where a campaign places cookies or tracking on your website, that disclosure belongs in your own privacy policy; tell us and we will help you write it.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within about a year. Project files and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. Ask us to remove your details sooner and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the form below and we will answer within a few days. If your business is in a place with its own data rules, such as the GDPR in the EU or UK or the PDPA in Malaysia or Singapore, we will handle the request under those rules.
